1、Data Analytics Supervisor (数据分析主管) 北京

The Data Analytics Supervisor (or Manager for more qualified individual) position is responsible for evaluating and recommendation optimization actions for digital media campaigns to achieve the media and marketing objectives. The role requires experience applying business and marketing analytics to digital media campaigns and a disciplined approach to testing and learning based on clear objectives and methodologies. This position works closely with Digital Media teams and global functional leadership to lead the campaign performance tracking and reporting processes. The analyst will also work closely with Creative Agency and Media partners to help refine the implementation of content and messaging being tested and executed.

Responsibilities(职责)

• Guides clients and digital media teams to define measurement strategy and plan
• Work with global & local teams to develop and manage a business intelligence infrastructure to support marketing objectives and improve client and digital media teams’ decision making.
• Develop, generate and manage detailed data reporting and measurement requirements and frameworks that provide insight to the performance of clients’ digital media programs.
• Monitor performance of purchased online advertising on a weekly basis; work with digital media team to ensure delivering as planned.
• Provides insights, evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations based on measurement reporting and analysis and where appropriate to improve digital marketing program performance and support forecasting efforts
• Collaborate with digital media team to develop campaign performance optimization recommendations.
• Manage the banner ad trafficking, testing, tagging, QA, reporting and optimization efforts.
• Manage a team of analysts and technical teams from partner companies execute on the analytics and ad operations.
• Gather industry research, competitive landscape information and trade intelligence for media strategy development and optimization.
• Work closely with creative and interactive agency partners, along with ad serving and web analytics vendors to mine all available data with the proper tools to make sound digital media decisions.
• Utilize syndicated industry research/measurement tools to enhance analysis
• Lead a team of traffickers and data analysts to technically implement an approved plan in order to provide the data and reporting for analysis, including coordinating tags and QC implementation
• Work with internal and global teams in Business Intelligence, Measurement & Analytics, and Ad Operations, to implement and localize best-in-class processes and methodology.

• 管理数据分析团队、技术团队(如果客户有执行广告分析及执行的需求)
• 收集行业研究报告、竞争情报以及交易行为,为媒体战略开发及优化做准备。
• 和创意公司以及web分析服务提供商一起工作用合适和的工具为网络媒体决策挖掘在线广告数据价值。
• 利用企业级的行业研究或测量工具调高分析能力。
• 带领监测团队及数据分析团队高效执行上线的媒体计划,并提供后续数据及媒体表现报告,包括监测代码及广告执行质检。
• 和国内及国际团队合作,评估分析广告执行情况,实现本地最佳化工作流程和方法。

Requirements(要求)

• Bachelors degree in math, science or engineering or other quantitative studies with strong analytical skills
• Minimum of 3 years data related experience, preferably in the digital media/marketing industry
• Must have experience as a Business Analyst, Web Master or equivalent technical and data analytics roles
• Experience with online media & site tracking and analytics tools (Allyes, Doubleclick, Eyeblaster, Webtrends, Omniture, Google Analytics, Hitbox etc.)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Mandarin
• High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access along with clear understanding of SPSS, SQL Server and other analytical tools
• Solid understanding of database architecture
• Online marketing analysis experience preferred (agency or media or technology vendor)
• Detailed oriented and project management experience preferred

要求

2、Emerging Media Manager(媒介经理)   上海

The Emerging Media Manager prepares and implements clients’ digital marketing strategy by translating the clients’ objectives into an action plan that engages target audiences through the use of social media, mobile, gaming, and other emerging digital media.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with emerging media strategy development for clients, alongside digital planning teams
• Develop online emerging media campaign recommendations
• Implement media campaigns and ensure they run smoothly
• Maintain close relationship with suppliers to develop new and innovative opportunities
• Evaluate and negotiate for potential opportunities
• Analyze client campaign performance results
• Manage and implement social media community engagement efforts
• Monitor and analyze social media buzz working with various tools and vendors
• Actively stay on top of the latest emerging media trends
• Write POVs for clients on applicable trends
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 4 years digital media experience
• Knowledge of third-party social media tools and how they can be used for different projects
• Demonstration of either professionally or personally being engaged in emerging media
• Solid understanding of all digital media community vehicles including blogs, widgets, mobile applications, RSS feeds, and gaming.
• Detail oriented and organized self-starter
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent English and Chinese reading and verbal skills
• Able to “multitask” and meet concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

媒介经理
